Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign up at ai.hiva.chat/signup with your official email. Choose your organisation type (State Agency, HMO, Provider) and verify your email.

Step 2: Create Your First Assistant

From your Admin Dashboard, click "Create Assistant". Choose a name, set the language, and write a welcome message for your users.

Step 3: Upload a Document

2 min

Go to Knowledge Base → Upload. Drag and drop a PDF or Word document — such as a health guideline, drug list, or policy document. HIVA will process and index it automatically.

Step 4: Embed on Your Website

Copy the embed code from Deployment → Embed and paste it into your website. Your AI assistant is now live!
